About the Chapter

We are the youth extension of the Home Builders Association of Central Louisiana, committed to providing safe, affordable housing and promoting the homebuilding industry. Our mission includes advocacy, education, and leadership development for high school students through real-world experiences and community involvement.

Our Schools

The Student Chapter currently operates in partnership with two high schools:

Tioga High School – Career and technical education programs building confidence and real-world skills. Students benefit from service, career, and leadership experiences in construction and agriculture.
Grant High School – Actively engaged in student chapter activities, professional development, and industry networking.

Scholarships

Scholarship contributions start at $1,000 with a 2-year minimum commitment. Funds are paid directly to the student upon meeting all senior-year qualifications outlined in the application. Scholarships are awarded through local sponsorships and HBACL fundraising events, such as the annual Aim for Education Skeet Shoot.

Sponsorship Tiers

We offer several sponsorship levels with recognition and engagement opportunities for each tier.

Platinum – $5,000+
Premier recognition on all platforms/media and at all events all year, scholarship presenter, VIP access to events, and much more!

Gold – $2,500
Logo on select materials, social media features, event invitations, and much more!

Silver – $1,000
Name/logo on select materials, student event invites.

Supporter – Under $500
Website/Facebook thank you, and event invites.
